1. 신청방법 (How to)
A. 자료 제출 (Group application)
- 제출기간(Submission period): 아래 4개의 세션(session) 중, 가능한 날짜 및 시간에 방문(Please visit us at a date and time that is available for you from the four sessions listed below.)
1. 2025. 9. 18.(목) 오전 9시 30분 Sep. 18th, 09:30 am

- 제출처(Reception desk): 국제처 강의실(Room 312), BAC(Building No. 3) (Office of International Affairs)
※ 제출기간 이후 접수 불가, 개인적으로 비자 연장 신청 해야하니 기한 엄수
Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. If you miss the deadline, you will need to apply for a visa extension on your own, so please make sure to meet the deadline.
※ 수업연한초과자는 담당자와 확인 절차를 거칠 것 - 유학생 담당자 사유서 필요
Students who have exceeded the maximum period of study must go through a verification process with the person in charge. An explanatory statement from the international student coordinator is required.
B. 출입국사무소 개인 방문 또는 개인 온라인 신청 (Individual)
- 신청기간 내 서류 미제출자 및 외국인등록증상 체류지 변동신고(14일 이내)를 하지 않은 학생은 출입국외국인사무소를 직접 방문하여 외국인등록증 상의 주소지 변경 신청을 해야 합니다.
Students who fail to submit the required documents within the application period, or who do not report a change of residence within 14 days as stated on their Alien Registration Card (ARC), must visit the Immigration Office in person to apply for a change of address on their ARC.
※ 온라인 비자연장은 외국인등록증상 별도 날짜 변경 처리가 되지 않지만, 허가가 완료되면 비자 연장이 완료됩니다.
※ 외국인등록증상의 날짜 변경은 출입국외국인사무소를 별도 방문해야 합니다.
※ 수업연한초과자의 경우 학과사무실 및 국제협력실 별도 연락 및 방문 바람.
※ Online visa extension does not update the date on your Alien Registration Card (ARC). However, once the extension is approved, your visa will be officially extended.
※ To update the date on your ARC, you must visit the Immigration Office in person.
※ Students who have exceeded the maximum study period must contact and visit both their department office and the Office of International Affairs separately.
2. 신청서류 (Required documents)
1) 재학생(Enrolled student)
① 신청서(Form), 여권사본(Passport copy), 외국인등록증(Residence card-original) | ⑤ 본인명의 은행잔액증명서(Bank balance certificate)★ - 전체성적 2.0이상(over 2.0 G.P.A.) : 면제 exemption - 전체성적 2.0 미만(under 2.0 G.P.A.): 본인명의 은행잔고증명서 800만원 (30일 이내) * 출입국사무소요청에 따라 출결확인서가 추가될 수 있음 |
② 재학증명서★(proof of enrollment-2025-2학기), 성적증명서(proof of academic record certificate) |
③ 2025-2학기 등록금 납부 영수증(Tuition fee payment receipt, 2025-2) ★ |
⑥ 수수료(commission fee): KRW 60,000 |
④ 체류지 입증서류(Proof of residence)★: 기숙사거주사실확인서, 임대계약서 *본인 명의 계약이 아닐 경우 거주지제공확인서 및 거주지제공자 신분증 사본 추가 제출 |
★ 수학연한 초과자는 재정능력입증서류(Bank balance certificate)를 제출해야 합니다★
월 1,150,000원 × 연장요청 기간 은행잔액증명서 (30일 이내) 또는 장학금 지급 증명서(해당자)

★는 온라인 신청 시 첨부파일로 등록해야 하는 서류입니다.
2) 수료생 (대학원 4학기 이수 완료 자로 논문준비자, Completed student of graduate school)
① 신청서(Form), 여권사본(Passport copy), 외국인등록증(Residence card-original) | ⑤ 재정능력입증서류(Bank balance certificate)★ 월 1,150,000원 × 연장요청 기간 은행잔액증명서 (30일이내) 또는 장학금 지급증명서(해당자) Bank balance certificate [1,150,000 won × (length of extend stay' month)] or Certificate of Scholarship Plan |
② 수료증명서(Proof of Completion), 성적증명서(proof of academic record certificate) |
③ 지도교수논문일정 확인서 (Form-Confirmation form for faculty advisor on a student), 유학비자연장 사유서 |
④ 체류지 입증서류(Proof of residence)★: 기숙사거주사실확인서, 임대계약서 *본인 명의 계약이 아닐 경우 거주지제공확인서 및 거주지제공자 신분증 사본 추가 제출 |
⑥ 수수료 (commission fee): KRW 60,000 |
※ 본인 명의 한국은행 계좌의 잔고는 반드시 해외에서 송금된 내역이어야 하며, 시간제취업 허가를 통해 형성된 금액에 한해서만 국내 잔고 인정 (출입국사무소 본인 통장 거래내역 추가 요청 가능)
※ 불법아르바이트 임금 등 확인 시 비자 연장 제한 가능
