是一门先就业·后求学专业，在企业-大学-特殊专门高中/特性化 高中之间建立人才培养网络，以高中毕业后在现场工作期间进入大学的学生为对象，诱导与职务有关领域的后求学，使学生在工作的同时并行学业，以提高职务满意度和成就，并提供获得工程学学士学位的机会。
