This department is an"employment-first/education-after"
department which offers a network to foster talented individuals from industry, college, Meister high schools and specialized high schools. The aim of the department is to offer the opportunity to obtain better job satisfaction and performance enhancement as well as a Bachelor of Science degree to high school graduates who directly secured employment in industry sectors upon graduation.
