产业系统工程学主要对制造产业等各种企业最优化运营相关技术进行教育,造船海洋工程学主要提供与船舶和海洋成套设备的设计和生产有关的理论和实习教育。 学生可按照自己的需求选择其一,也可两个全部进修,因此可发展为符合第四次工业革命时代的创新融合型工程师。
产业系统工程学专业的目的在于,通过设计、构建、运营和改善生产产品或服务的生产系统来提高系统生产率和效率。因此,通过各方面的教育和研究,帮助学生具备有效设计并运营生产系统的工程师能力和分析•企划•经营生产系统的经营者能力。该专业主要培养向信息化、地区化和世界化发展且具备符合产业趋势的工程师和经营者能力的人才。
造船海洋工程学专业的目的在于,培养出世界领先的韩国造船海洋产业所需要的人才。通过实验实习为主的教育,形成有关造船海洋工程学各领域坚定的理论基础的同时,通过产·学·研·官·军活跃的合作教育,培养出具备在产业现场中解决问题的能力及适应能力。另一方面,通过教育作为造船海洋工程学专家应具备的长远眼光(Vision)和国际技术交流能力,以培养出积极主动参与社会发展的专门技术人员。
