在国际社会担任具体的角色来执行任务为首要目标。为此，先要致力于学会作为外语的德语，但为了达到这样的目标，必须通过精选的作品来学习德国的文化和历史。先打好语言基础后，通过德国文学和德语语言学的专门教授来培养自己解决问题的能力。
