- Students with little or no confidence in English. Students who wish to obtain basic knowledge of English by studying grammar, vocabulary, reading, speaking and listening. Students will learn to use correct pronunciation and grammar usage to better prepare them for improved communicative abilities.
- This course aims to help build students’ basic knowledge of the English language, and is designed to teach the necessary skills in reading, writing, listening & speaking. Students will learn basic grammatical structures & simple everyday vocabulary, and practice guided conversations. They can use the brief, structured dialogs practiced in class as framework to create new conversations and gain confidence in speaking.

- Students who have knowledge of the English grammar and possess ample vocabulary. Students should not have difficulty with pronunciation. Students who wish to improve their communicative skills and obtain a higher understanding of English should enroll. Students who complete this course will acquire the ability to carry out conversations with other English speaking people and have the ability to express themselves in the English language to a limited degree.
- This course aims to develop students’ English conversational fluency and expand their vocabulary. This course is designed to help students improve their communicative competence through an emphasis on interaction. Students will learn useful vocabulary and structures, practice dialogs, participate in conversation activities, and express opinions through discussions.

- This course is designed for High-Intermediate/Advanced Level students who wish to develop a fluent command of conversational English. This course is meant for students who have already acquired a reasonably good foundation of practical knowledge regarding the most common aspects of English. The course is focused on providing students with stimulating materials and engaging activities to encourage them to practice expressing themselves on a wide variety of topics. Through activities such as group discussion, conversation practice and debates, students are encouraged to use learned vocabulary, expressions, and grammar structures to develop automaticity and fluency.

Current Events 1 (중고급)

- Students who have much knowledge of various aspects of the English language. Also, students who have little or no difficulty expressing themselves in English. Students who wish to carry on conversations with English speaking people by improving their speaking ability are recommended to enroll for this class. Students will have ample opportunities to speak out in class and give opinions related to current events.
- This course is offered for students with Intermediate Mid to High-Intermediate English communication skills. It is designed for students who wish to improve their English level in an issues-based discussion class, with more focus on highly motivating topics and freer conversation, and less focus on grammar. Through short articles and discussion about important and interesting topics, students will develop their vocabulary, their ability to form opinions and effective arguments, and their awareness of current events in the areas of news, politics, entertainment, and trends.

Content and Writing Integrated English (고급)

- Students will learn how to go through a multistep process to organize their papers and revise them. Such steps include but are not limited to: Brainstorming, Outlining, Writing Content, Writing Topic and Concluding Sentences for Paragraphs, Writing Introductions with a hook, funnel, and thesis, Writing a Conclusion, Editing, Revising, Other goals based on student needs
- This course will integrate language learning and writing with content-based readings. As such, content and language are equally important. Students will spend one day per week reading about history, social issues, current event from news articles, and other content-based readings. They will then discuss the content and analyze it. On the second day of the week, students will practice writing about the readings, with the goal of analyzing them and expressing their own opinion about the reading.
- The class will be flexible to meet student needs. Students are encouraged to bring their own topics and ideas to class to make content relevant to them, and are encouraged to pick a writing style that matches their goals.
