培训税务行政和企业经营所需的税务相关理论和实务能力，以培养税务行政和公司所需专业税务人才，并以国税和地税及财务会计为主进行基础理论教育。并通过硕士课程赋予最大限度提高能力的机会，并以此来培养最高水平的税务专家。
