[RE-ENTRY PLAN for summer vacation]

※ (외교부 공지) 입국이 허용되는 조건을 갖추더라도 각국의 입국(국경)을 관리하는 실무자의 판단에 따라 입국이 거절되는 경우가 생길 수 있으며,

현재 전 세계적으로 특별여행주의보가 내려진 점을 감안하여 비필수적인 여행은 가능한 한 연기하시기 바랍니다.

※ (Notice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Even if the conditions allow for entry/departure, this can be denied at the discretion of the person in charge of the entry (border) of each country.
In view of the fact that Special Travel Advisories have been issued around the world, IAO recommend that all international students postpone non-essential travel or visiting hometown as much as possible.

1. 대상(For whom)

창원대학교 외국인 유학생 (학부, 대학원,수료생)

2.  관리계획(Plan for Re-entry Permit) 

1)  방학기간 동안 유학생은 본국으로 출국을 하지 않고 국내에 체류하기를 권고합니다.

     We recommend to stay in Korea during summer vacation.

2)  부득이한 사유로 출국이 필요할 시 국제교류교육원 사전 허가 신청 - 허가 후 출국 가능

     If it is an unavoidable reasons, apply pre-permission to the International Affairs and Education with the 'FORM 출입국계획서(코로나19)'

     All international students who apply need our permission defore departure.

 -신청기간(Application period) : 2021.5.27.(목) 까지   

*기간 후 신청 학생은 국제교류교육원으로 반드시 연락할 것. Contact to IAO after deadline who want to apply re-entry permission

 -제출처(Submission): 국제교류교육원 행정실(IAO Office1) 또는 duswn6059@changwon.ac.kr

3)  출국예정자는 귀국후 공항-창원이동계획, 자가격리 시설확보, 격리 이행사항 준수 서약을 포함하여 신청서 제출

    Student who apply have to pledge for paying all transfers, facilities, and expenses for 14 days quarantine by oneself(self-funded) after re-entry and thoroughly implement self-isolsation to prevent COVID-19.

4) 창원대학교 국제교류교육원 승인 완료 후 Hikorea 재입국허가 신청

   After the permission from IAO is completed, Students can apply 'Re-entry permit' at HiKorea website.

하이코리아 전자민원 확인서 발급 후 국제교류교육원으로 제출

send e-mail to IAO When the Certificate of Permission for e-Applicaion from Immigrant office is completed

3. 입국단계(Re-entry step)

1) 출발 전 PCR 검사 (72시간 내 음성확인서 발급) - https://www.changwon.ac.kr/affairs/na/ntt/selectNttInfo.do?mi=8111&nttSn=1213043

    Examine PCR test and issue 'negative result confirmation' before entry(must issue within 72 hours)

2) 입국 시 (Entry)

1. PCR음성확인서 제출 Submit PCR negative confirmation document when entrance

2. 입국 후 PCR검사(공항 또는 거주지에서)  Examine PCR test after entry (at airport or quarantine place)

3. 공항검역, 자가격리 안전보호 앱 설치 Download self-quarantine application

4. 공항, 대학 이동수단 제공(지자체 협조) Support transportation by local government

3)입국 후 14일 자가격리 (After entry)

1. 자가격리 해제 전 PCR 검사 (거주지에서) Examine PCR before finishing self-quarantine

2. 1일 1회 건강상태 모니터링  Physical condition monitoring everyday

 -모든 공항 입국 후 대중교통 이용 불가, 지자체 협조 예정

*인천공항 입국 - 코로나검사 - 광명역 - 마산역ktx - 수송차가 자가격리장소로 수송 (전체 이동과정에서 개인 무단이탈 불가) - 2주간 자가격리(총 3번의 코로나 검사 시행 및 최종 음성 결과시 자가격리 해제)

-No allowed all public transportation, all transport will be supported by local government

-공항특별입국절차 및 격리 준수사항 반드시 사전에 확인 
-> 자가격리 위반 시 벌금 최대 1000만원, 강제출국 조치 시행 

-Be sure to check the Airport Special Entry Procedures and Quarantine Compliance matters in advance, In case of self-quarantine violation, a fine of up to 10 million won and forced deportation

-재학생 재입국자에 대하여 별도 학내 자가격리 시설 제공 불가 

-We do not support self-quarantine place in case of re-entry students

4. 공지  

1) 국제교류교육원에서 사전 허가 받지 않은 학생의 출국 및 입국 시 휴학, 장학금 지급제한이 시행 될 수 있음 

We can take leave of absence by force and restriction of scholarship payment etc. in case of students who do not get re-entry permission from IAO 

2) 출입국에 따라 코로나 19관련 모든 비용은 본인 부담 

All payment related to COVID-19 is self-funded

3) 한국 정부의 코로나19 관련 정책 변경에 따라 유학생 출입국관리계획도 변경 될 수 있음

Re-entry plan can be changed in accordance with the COVID-19 Policy by Korean Government

4) 출입국계획서 제출

duswn6059@changwon.ac.kr 제출 후 055-213-2633 연락 혹은 국제교류교육원 office1 방문제출, 출입국 비행기 표 구매 혹은 변경사항이 있을 시 즉시 알릴 것.

*입국 비행기편은 2021학년도 2학기 개강일자 (9.1) 기준 최소 2주 전으로 구매할 것.
