HOME Academics Undergraduate College of Engineering

Established in 1985, the Department of Computer Engineering currently offers the following programs: undergraduate,

master's and doctoral courses as well as a special course - the Graduate School of Industry. The objective of the department is to foster professional technicians with specialized education in academic fields related to computer software and hardware. These professionals are highly in demand by the community in response to the rapidly changing world. The department offers education focusing on all fields of study related to computers including introductory computing, computer language, computer architecture, computer graphics, computer vision, artificial intelligence, software engineering, multimedia distribution, and computer networking. In addition, the department offers each and every student to take advantage of a variety of the latest in personal computers, workstations, multimedia tools, testing and network equipment, and advanced computer equipment. Accordingly, all students of the Department of Computer Engineering will qualify as a competent computer engineer.
