Not only is the demand for nursing professionals becoming ever more diverse, but the exchange of information between nursing professionals in the age of globalization
is also increasing and the demand calls for top class nursing professionals worldwide. Accordingly, the department has coined the phrase, "The Glocal (Global + Local) Leading Department of Nursing" as a vision to foster "Glocal" nursing professionals who can develop universal and individual careers by obtaining the qualities of CARE (Competent, Artistic, Reliable, Ethical).
