The Fifth Industrial Revolution emphasizes human-AI collaboration, personalization, and intelligent systems that enhance various sectors, including education. One such advancement is GPT-4o, developed by OpenAI, which enables automated content generation through a large language model. This research aims to develop a web-based application that leverages GPT-4o technology to automate the generation of high school mathematics questions. This application assists teachers in efficiently preparing questions for exams and daily exercises. It supports both multiple-choice and essay formats, as well as automatically generate illustrative images, while maintaining alignment with the national education curriculum. The implementation of this technology in Indonesian high schools demonstrates that the application accelerates question creation, provides a wider of questions, and enhances the overall quality of assessments activities.
