Changwon National University's advanced defense engineering course

is a convergence education course that allows students to understand the overall defense industry based on mechatronics, industrial engineering, shipbuilding engineering, information and communication engineering, etc. It aims to nurture leaders in the defense industry with both on-the-job abilities and research capabilities. Specific details are as follows:

- Harmonization of interdisciplinary education that combines basic concept of defense industry and engineering related to defense industry

- Development of the ability to understand and study field work of defense industry

- Cultivation of creative engineering design ability in defense industry
