The aim of this course is to cultivate a foundation
for autonomous research ability in this area through teaching, learning, and research on deep theories and practical applications of English language and English literature.
To achieve this goal,various genres are trained in the field of literature to teach and explore the diachronic and synchronic research methods of critical theories of British and American literature so that students can develop comprehensive, in-depth analysis, understanding, and evaluation of actual works, while in the language field, students will learn the latest theories in the areas of phonology, syntax, morphology, and semantics to develop their understanding and analytical skills not only in language but also in the humanities.
