For this purpose, the Graduate School of Law has opened three majors:
The modern state has the features of an administrative state that performs an active function to improve the national welfare. In particular, the modern government places great emphasis on qualitative service and social equity for the people, and it is time for the development of professional administrators according to the development of international relations. The Department of Public Administration is established and operated with the purpose of training competent professional administrators who can perform the administration democratically and efficiently in response to the demands of the times that these modern nations should handle and deal with, and contribute to the academic development of this field.
Including not only scientific theoretical administration and technology centering on basic theory of public administration, organizational theory, social science methodology, local administration theory, and policy science, but also related studies centering on politics, sociology, law, economics, and business administration, the curriculum is designed to teach the talented people who will contribute to the development of the country and the community by fostering the combined academic knowledge and macroscopic view required for modern administrators.
