The Department of Chemical Engineering,

Upon the graduation from the chemical engineering department, you can continue your career in various fields such as energy, petrochemical, polymer, and environmental industries. Seniors graduated from the department work as a key person in the industries including chemical plants, energy and eco-friendly areas by leading the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Therefore, the department of chemical engineering at Changwon National University aims to provide various academic training courses following the current requirements by our society, and to supply competent engineers who can be applicable properly to the industrial needs.

In particular, the department focuses on research and education in the eco-friendly and energy-related fields, which play an important role in the low-carbon green growth industry based on smart process systems, and which improve students' ability to adapt to the fields by operating competency strengthening programs such as capstone design and on-site practice linked to the LINC 3.0 project.
