This department has the following educational goals.

First, training China experts who are well-informed in the local situation and who have international skills.
-As a new challenge to prepare for the 21st century, the department cultivates language skills that can be effectively used in practical work, and train competent people with the correct understanding and recognition of China.

Second, training China regional experts to contribute to regional economic development
-The department trains required by local communities and companies through theoretical and practical knowledge education.

Third, segmentation of talent training through specialized education
-Through a detailed curriculum, the department trains functional talents such as China regional analysts, investment trade experts, and local management to provide practical and effective talents who can be immediately put into practice in China, which is emerging as the world's largest potential market.

Fourth, cultivating theoretical foundation as a China regional expert
-After graduating from this graduate school course, students can continue to study the doctoral course in Korea or other countries such as China to lay the foundation for academic theory to fulfill their role as Chinese experts.
